The first day on an unfamiliar codebase is spent answering the same questions: what is this, how do I run it, what will bite me. An AI coding agent asks them every session and gets them wrong when nobody wrote the answers down. Groundwork does that first day in a couple of minutes.
初めてのコードベースに触れる初日は、「これは何か」「どう動かすか」「どこでつまずくか」という同じ問いに答えるだけで終わります。AIコーディングエージェントは毎回同じ問いを繰り返し、答えが書き残されていなければ間違えます。Groundworkは、その初日を数分で済ませます。
How it was built
開発It's a tool-using agent, not a summariser. The model plans, calls list_tree and read_file against the GitHub API within a step and file budget, and may only exit through finish, which must return both documents. One prompt and tool schema drive both Anthropic and Gemini; a Claude Code CLI runs the same audit on a local checkout with no API key.
要約ツールではなく、ツールを使うエージェントです。モデルが計画を立て、ステップ数とファイル数の上限内で GitHub API に list_tree と read_file を呼び出し、2つの文書を返す finish 以外では終了できません。1つのプロンプトとツール定義で Anthropic と Gemini の両方を動かし、Claude Code 用のCLIならAPIキーなしでローカルのリポジトリも監査できます。
