Overview
概要A maths adventure in Japanese for an eight-year-old who would rather not go to another juku. Eight friends, eight houses, one Star Festival to relight.
もう塾には行きたくない8歳のための、日本語の算数アドベンチャー。8人の友だち、8つの家、そしてもう一度灯す星まつり。
The night before Fuwari arrives, a blue flame passes through the valley and every Star Festival lantern goes dark. Each friend needs help with their kind of maths, and six stars at a house light its lantern again.
フワリがやって来る前の夜、青い炎が谷を通り抜け、星まつりの灯籠がすべて消えてしまいました。友だちはそれぞれ、自分の得意な算数で困っています。一つの家で星を6つ集めると、その家の灯籠がまた灯ります。
How it was built
開発Dependency-free JavaScript and HTML5 Canvas, made for iPad and Mac. Progress and the story journal live in localStorage, voice lines play through the Web Audio API, and a service worker makes the whole game work offline.
依存ライブラリのないJavaScriptとHTML5 Canvasで、iPadとMac向けに作りました。進捗と物語の日記はlocalStorageに保存し、音声はWeb Audio APIで再生。Service Workerによりオフラインでも遊べます。
What it does
機能Addition, subtraction, 九九, clocks, place value, word problems, measures and division for years 2–3.
たし算・ひき算・九九・時計・大きな数・文章題・長さとかさ・わり算（小2〜小3）。
Wrong answers don't cost anything; progress only ever moves forward.
間違えても何も失いません。進み方は前にしか進みません。
A thirteen-chapter arc about Yoru, the night fox, with a journal that fills as you play.

技術構成Plain ES modules and Canvas with no build step, deployed to Firebase Hosting at fuwari.web.app.
