LOREDANA
AI Coaching SaaS — The Elevation Method™

Coaching has a measurement problem. Clients journal into the void between sessions, progress is felt rather than seen, and a coach only learns how someone really fared a fortnight later, in person. Loredana turns that reflective practice into something measurable — a full-stack coaching platform that reads journal entries with sentiment awareness and renders resilience as a live, legible picture.
Origin Story
I built Loredana with coach Loredana Regep, around her own framework — The Elevation Method™ and its six foundational pillars of resilience. The brief was to take a deeply human practice for healthcare leaders navigating career transitions and give it an honest, data-grounded spine, without ever making it feel clinical. Two surfaces emerged: a calm, premium marketing site, and the authenticated client application behind it.
How It's Built
Every metric in the app maps back to Loredana's actual coaching model rather than a generic wellness template. The six-pillar resilience radar, the somatic body-mapping, the journalling cadence — all of it was shaped against how she really coaches, so the dashboards tell her something true rather than something merely pretty.
Engineering Notes
Sentiment mapped to a model
Sage Journal doesn't just classify mood — Gemini's analysis is scored against Loredana's six-pillar Elevation Method, so a journal entry becomes movement on a framework the coach already uses. The metric means something because it maps to her practice, not a generic wellness template.
Dashboards that update live
The six-pillar resilience radar and the somatic body-map are built with Recharts over Firestore listeners, so they redraw as new entries land. Progress becomes a shape you can read at a glance and track over weeks.
Private by role
Two coordinated surfaces — a calm marketing site and the authenticated client app — sit behind role-based Firestore auth with access-ID entry, cleanly separating coach and client views. The journals and dashboards live behind authentication, private by default.

Loredana is proof that you can instrument something deeply human without flattening it. The data never replaces the coaching — it gives the coach a clearer view and the client a sense of momentum. Unlock your potential, made legible.
What It Does
Sage Journal
Clients journal as they would anywhere — but Gemini reads each entry with sentiment awareness and returns coaching-grade feedback, so reflection becomes a two-way conversation instead of a monologue.
Resilience Radar
A real-time radar chart across the six pillars of The Elevation Method™, built with Recharts. Progress becomes a shape you can read at a glance and track over time.
Somatic Body Mapping
An interactive map of where stress and tension are held in the body, captured over time — translating the somatic side of coaching into data the client and coach can actually see.
Client Portal
A gated member space entered with an access ID, with role-based access separating coach and client views. The dashboards and journals live behind authentication, private by default.
Elevation Method Framework
The whole experience is organised around Loredana's six-pillar method, so the software reinforces the coaching rather than competing with it.
Where It Stands
Loredana is a deployed, in-use SaaS spanning a marketing site and an authenticated client app. The dashboards are the obvious growth area: more views onto the same six-pillar model as the coaching practice evolves.
Loredana is two coordinated surfaces: a Next.js marketing site presenting The Elevation Method™, and an authenticated client application that is the SaaS proper. Gemini powers the Sage Journal, performing sentiment analysis on entries to generate coaching-aware feedback. The dashboards are built with Recharts — a six-pillar resilience radar and a somatic body-mapping view that update in real time. Identity and data run on Firebase: role-based Firestore auth with access-ID entry separates coach and client, and Firestore persists journals, scores and history. Styled with Tailwind CSS and tuned to feel premium and calm rather than clinical.
